Just been to visit for the first time with my in-laws, the famous Woodhouses of Ingestre. This is a wonderful hidden gem and I wish you all the best in your efforts to restore and develop the Orangery.

I'm writing a book about the Talbots and salt making and was completely knocked out by Ingestre on my first visit to the site. Why is such a treasure not in the ownership of the national trust ?

This is a fantastic and worthwhile project and a real opportunity to get involved restoring this once loved and beautiful building. I wish the Friends of Ingestre Orangery all the best!
